t is a quiet and friendly place, where you feel at ease staying just one night and spending several weeks there. The Check In is simple and I am attentive to the needs of my guests. I will always answer your messages as soon as possible. The quality of my guests’ experience is my priority!
The space
The apartment enjoys a peaceful and lively environment, Duluth st. become pedestrian every weekend on summer. The building is the type of charming old building found only on the Mont Royal plateau. It contains 5 rooms that are sometime, all occupied. Sharing the toilet has never been a problem since, most of the time, guests are busy visiting the city. It should be noted that it is located on the first floor of a building and you have to climb a dozen steps to access it (If i am present, i can help you to lift up your luggages, if you need it) The atmosphere is discreet and respectful, but also friendly if you feel to discuss. I tell the guests to feel home and feel comfortable using the common areas like the kitchen, the toilet and the large balcony. I provide coffee and milk, teas and there are all the basic ingredients to cook. Most importantly, my guests will have the most enjoyable stay! I may be here or gone enjoying the nature.
It is important to know that the laundry room is at the bottom of the apartment and this is a paid laundromat but not expensive (about 3$ for a machine).
Guest access
I know Montreal very well! I can advise you on everything: restaurants, grocery stores,cool bars, cafes, places to visit,free Events, how to get around, to find accommodation (I can give you references) and even, or to look for a job.
I don’t have private parking, there is free parking on the surrounding streets but you have to look for it yourself.
During your stay
I am very sociable but I remain however discreet dependent on the will of my guests. Montrealer for several years, I know very well the city and its best addresses. It will be my pleasure to advise you.
Other things to note
There is a hallway with dozens of stairs to go up to enter the apartment. If i am at home when you arrive, I will be happy to help you with your luggage if you need it.
